By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

Description of Services

OPEX Africa provides healthcare consultancy, workforce placement, learning (LMS), analytics, and talent portal services across Africa.

Paid Purchases

All payments are processed via M-Pesa Lipa Na M-Pesa. Prices are in KES unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

Event registrations may be refunded up to 48 hours before the event. Downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of OPEX Africa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Uploading viruses or malicious code
• Scraping or harvesting data without consent
• Sharing login credentials

Limitation of Liability

OPEX Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Governed by the laws of Kenya.

OPEX Africa is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

Data We Collect

• Consultation forms — Name, email, phone, organization

• Talent registrations — Full professional profile and CV

• Event bookings — Name, email, phone, M-Pesa transaction data

• Usage data — Pages visited, browser type, IP address

How We Use Your Data

• To respond to inquiries and provide services

• To match talent with placement opportunities

• To process bookings and payments

• To send updates and newsletters (with consent)

• To comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share with client organizations (talent data only), payment processors, and service providers under strict agreements.

Your Rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your data. Contact support@opex.africa.

Data Retention

Talent data is retained for 3 years. Consultation and booking records for 5 years for legal purposes.

Eligibility

• You must be a qualified healthcare professional with valid credentials.

• You must hold current registration with the relevant regulatory body (NCK, KMPDB, KMLTTB, etc.).

• All submitted information must be truthful and accurate.

Your Candidate ID

Upon registration, you are assigned a unique Candidate ID in the format OPX-YYYY-XXXXX. Please quote this in all correspondence with our team.

Conduct & Flagging Policy

Candidates may be flagged and suspended for: providing false credentials, failing to honour placement commitments, unprofessional behaviour, sharing confidential client information, or conduct that brings OPEX Africa into disrepute.

Flagged candidates will be notified by email. Serious or repeated violations result in permanent removal.

Placement Process

Inclusion in the talent pool does not guarantee placement. OPEX Africa acts as a facilitator only.

CV & Data Consent

By uploading your CV you consent to OPEX Africa sharing your profile with client organizations. Withdraw consent at any time via support@opex.africa.
